Start of work
Work finally begins once plans have been made.
Preparation: In order to pass the wire through the die, the first 500 mm is made thinner.
Setting: The wire rod is set on the supply stand, and its head is pulled by a roller into the entrance of the die.
Wire drawing: A die for the desired size is set, and then the wire is passed through the die and elongated using a wire drawing machine.
Inspection: Wire diameter, surface defects, visual appearance, and so on are inspected when winding begins, during intermediate inspections, and when winding is complete. This work is completed according to instructions.
