TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

O&K provides our unique on-the-job training (OJT) for new employees and offers our full support until they can work independently. As most employees start without experience, experienced employees who understand the anxieties that come with a lack of experience support new employees.

All employees receive a gift of ¥10,000 cash on their birthdays. In addition, non-smokers receive ¥5,000 as an incentive to quit smoking when their bonuses are paid. Furthermore, O&K pays ¥10,000 to all employees in the months when we achieve target shipment volumes.

Employees can take breaks in a clean employee cafeteria with free coffee. All employees receive a meal allowance even if they bring lunch from home.
There are also employee-only break rooms where they can relax before work begins.

Every plant is fully equipped with clean shower rooms, allowing employees to freshen up after a hard day’s work before going home.

We are currently developing sports clubs for soccer and golf at each plant. With support from the company, these clubs are a change of pace for those who enjoy exercise and an opportunity to strengthen their relationships with colleagues.
